​La madera es un elemento natural, por lo que no se puede garantizar su completa estabilidad. Esto hace que los instrumentos construidos en este material sean muy sensibles y, pese a todos nuestros esfuerzos, puedan desarrollarse de manera inesperada. Por tal motivo, y de manera gratuita, proporcionamos un año de garantía para realizar los ajustes de afinación que requieran y reparar defectos de fabricación.

Si durante el primer año de la adquisición de la flauta o cabeza de flauta HERNÁNDEZ, apareciera en la madera una grieta, se procederá a realizar una evaluación, y se determinará su gravedad, se procederá a la reparación o al reemplazo del instrumento como un gesto de buena voluntad.

Warranty

Wood is a natural element, so we cannot  ensure its complete stability. This makes instruments made of this material very sensitive and, despite all of our efforts, things can develop unexpectedly. Therefore, we provide a one-year warranty and make adjustments to tune your instrument or to repair defects that may develop free of charge.

If, during this first year, the wood of your HERNÁNDEZ flute or head joint develops a crack, we will examine instrument and assess the damage and determine its severity.  We will then either repair the piece or replace the instrument, all free of charge.
